
Ⅰ. Specification of ultrasonic Transducer
It is known that ultrasonic transducer is a kind of energy changer, which is able to transform the input electric energy into the mechanical energy (namely ultrasonic), however, ultrasonic transducer itself only consumes a small part of energy (less than 10%) in the whole machine. Therefore, there are two things that have to be taken into account when an ultrasonic transducer is about to be used. The first is the matching issue between energy input and output; The other thing has to be noticed is the installation matching. For this reason, all our customers have to provide us specific and accurate technical parameters to make sure all products we offered could be well-matched with your ultrasonic equipments.
1. Resonance frequency: f, unit: KHZ
The FREQUENCY here is referring to the result measured by frequency generator, millivoltmeter, or HP 4192 through transfer lines. Normally it is called Small Signal Frequency.
Related resonance frequency, there s another FREQUENCY called looming frequency. It is measured when the ultrasonic transducer is electrified and begins to work. Because different ultrasonic equipments have different circuits, even the same transducer will perform differently when it is equipped in different equipments. For this reason, frequency alone can not be considered as a purchase parameter.
2. Capacitor of transducer. CT, unit pF
It is the free capacitor of the transducer. Under the frequency of 400Hz~1000Hz, it can be measured by HP4192 or other common portable capacitor meters.
3. Transducers’ modes and the maximal powers
To make sure that all our transducers could perfectly match for our customers’ ultrasonic equipments, customers should provide us their transducer modes, diameters and quantities of the PTZ wafer in detail.
4. Transducers’ working models
Transducers can work in two different ways: continual working model (for instance, lace machine, CD set machine, zipper machine, etc) and pulse working model (for instance, model weld). Different working models require different kinds of transducers. The continual working model works without pause, however, the working current is relatively small. ON the other hand, pulse working model works intermittently, but the momentary current is very large, Generally speaking, they both have big powers.
5. Order period
The order period can be arranged according to the requirements of our customers. As for the products with special requirements, we can design, test and offer the eligible samples for our customers.
